Edit: btw this is a tutorial made in photoshop 7.0, but I highly doubt it can't be done in CS or CS 2.0... can anyone confirm?

o but one thing, my cyclone doesnt meet up in the middle like urs =( it has like a whole in the middle with everything swirling around it
